Coronavirus - Department of Education statement
28 Jan 2020
The department is working with NSW Health to monitor and respond to the unfolding international novel coronavirus situation.
School photos will be taken on Thursday 5 March. Envelopes will be distributed two weeks prior to this date. Online payment is preferred. If paying by cash, please place the correct amount in the envelope on the day as no change will be given.
International Women's Day 2020 will be celebrated at Moorefield Girls High School on Friday 6th March with a breakfast at 8am for parents and invited guests then a full school assembly in the school hall at 9am. An equal world is an enabled world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world. Let's all be #EachforEqual.
To all Year 7 parents and carers, You are invited to our casual get-together to meet your daughter's teachers, new friends and their parents/carers. Our get-together will take place in the senior area adjacent to the school administration block. Parking is available in the staff car park.
