Your Age Group is the age you turn this year i.e. born in 2003 you are in the 14 years. These will be held over 50 metres – the length of the pool. Points will be awarded for entering events. Winners will be determined on times in heats. Only those who have returned their permission note and are permitted in the water will be able to enter the pool. There is NO free swimming, so you must enter an event if you wish to swim. A programme will be put on the noticeboard for you to check events. There are several novelty events for you to enter – so remember you do not have to be a great swimmer. Novelty events will be swum across the pool. Novelty events will be in year groups i.e. Year 7, Year 8, and NOT AGES. Relays will be in years – they will be across the pool. You will need 4 people from each year.
