Frangipani Cafe

Moorefield Girls Frangipani Café offers students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality sector. Recently a select group of Year 10 students undertook a 2-day accredited Food Hygiene and Barista training course with the CHP School of Hospitality at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club. The qualifications gained are a prerequisite for working in our Frangipani Café and are recognised in the public sector. They were excited to try out their new-found skills at their debut this term where they worked very well together. The positive feedback from customers made them feel very proud.
